What is ?

Young Ecuadorian American Professionals is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) Ecuadorian American Business Association,  with a core mission of establishing a platform for Ecuadorian American professionals and other professionals with common interests, to benefit from an equal exchange of knowledge, services or products, support and/or experience, that will ultimately contribute to a more united Ecuadorian presence among business professionals in South Florida.

What we do

Our organization creates monthly events and professional opportunities for our members.  Our goal is to position Y.E.A.P. not only as a networking organization but also as a platform where corporate brands, key leaders in all areas and industries and professionals come for commerce and trade with Ecuador in South Florida.   

Networking creates a greater willingness of all parties to be part of a human conduit to serve as energy and a resource to one another.

YEAP! believes that the true "Art of Networking" is about forging alliances, building and nurturing relationships based upon trust and respect with those whom have the values and integrity to which you aspire that would create a new generation of leaders. 

The Y.E.A.P.  Approach

• Full Time: Network all the time with everyone about various issues.
